Unused hours in any month are carried over to the next month within the quarter. Hours cannot be carried over from one quarter to the next.

For maintenance contracts, work is billed in 15 minute increments. For ad-hoc hourly rate, all work is billed to the half-hour.

Maintenance contract terms are for 6 months, paid monthly. Cancellation requires 30 days written notice.

Hours must be accrued before they can be used. Hours required above your maintenance plan are billed at that plan’s hourly rate.

Content updates, backups/restores, platform and functionality updates, new design (not functional) elements, design consulting, website refresh, social media integration and installing new functionality. Please contact us to request added functional elements pricing.

The following Service Level Agreement applies for requests received before midday:

  • Job requested less than one hour, 5.00pm same day
  • From 1 to 2 hours, 5.00pm the next business day
  • From 2 to 3 hours, 5.00pm within two business days
  • More than 3 hours, quote will be issued at the time of request
  • All times refer to AEST (Australian Eastern Standard Time)
